CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT
I hereby authorize Venture Property Management (VPM) to charge the credit card below for the balance due to vendor(s) for work completed on the property(ies) listed in the Property Management Agreement. I understand that by providing the credit card information on this form, VPM will henceforth provide my credit card information to vendor(s) either verbally or electronically to pay for deposits, service call fees, materials, and labor for repairs and/or maintenance. I understand that, unless otherwise agreed, VPM will make efforts to contact me for authorization prior to approving repairs. However, in the event that VPM is unable to reach me in a reasonable amount of time, VPM may authorize the repairs and charge the costs to this credit card.
