Scott made the home selling process a breeze for me. I live in another city and he would go out of his way to help me. He has helpful suggestions for repairs and upgrades that yielded tremendous returns on my investment. Not horribly expensive upgrades either, but small ones that he knew would increase the value of the home in the buyers eyes. I never felt pressured to do anything along the buying process and Scott was quick to update me on everything that was happening. Not only would I use him to sell a house, but I plan on using his services when buying my next home.

Scott was very knowledgable about the real estate market and he gave us very good advice involving the market and on the sale of our house. Scott is very quick in responding back to any questions you have and is available pretty much 24 hours. I had emailed one evening at 10 pm and received an email right back within minutes. Time of day did not get in his way. He was always available at any point. From the start to finish we closed in the 30 day mark.
